feeding question....

I posted this message earlier, but it must have been burried in all the new posts! :P What is your recommended feeding portion for a Russian? Everyone has a different opinion as to how much you should feed...I've heard that you are supposed to feed red ear slider turtles portions only as large as their necks are wide, but they are meat eaters. Does this rule-of-thumb also apply to Russians?
