It's all what you are willing to pay. They are not going to be coming in anytime soon because of the tic problem. Too much cost and hassle to warrant the trouble. I would not pay that price sight unseen and it would have to be a dynamite animal for me to pay that price. (but then i'm a cheap SOB) and also, how bad do you want it.
