You need to wear down his beak. A grinding wheel works well. I used a pair of nail clippers on my leopard's claws and beak. If the overbite is not that bad, let him wear it down himself. Give your tort cuttlebone and whole carrots
to wear down his beak. For the nails cut them down, but do not hit the quick. This is easy to do if your tort has clear nails. The quick is the bluish vein in the nail.
