Personally Kevin, I do not think I should have to fund or be a part of an organization to protect my rights, unfortunately though I need to be. Instead of protecting ourselves from the gov. we should be protecting ourselves from each other. There are too many irresponsible people out there that call themselves reptile enthusiasts. In the end we are all lone sheep as far as the gov. is concerned. Hopefully we will get some representation, but it would be a whole lot easier if large and dangerous were not escaping and imported animals were not dying at such alarming rates. Our hobby is becoming a hard thing to defend despite it's great accomplishments, such as the burm stars babies. Hopefully the good will outweigh the bad, someday.
