Have to disagree.
Fruits should not be fed to sulcatas at all.
Nor veggies such as corn, peas, beans etc.

Fruits are way to high in sugar content and lead to loose stools, digestive problems and colic.

Veggies are too high in protein . Feeding food high in protein to a creature who requires a low protein/high fiber diet can cause fast iregular growth (pyramiding). Shell deformities and internal problems, kidney failure in extreme cases.

Sulcata are grazing herbivores, the most important ingredient in their diet is fiber.

Grazing on grasses, clovers, vetches and other edible weeds/flowers/plants/leaves is the way to go.
Leafy greens such as Romaine lettuce, endive, chicory etc can be used to supplement the grazing diet.
But nothing beats a diet of graze and browse.

Terry.
