You mentioned you had "perfect" living quarters, but I'm curious about the photoperiod you have set up. My Leopards have been living outside all year. They hated being indoors so far this winter, and just sat there tucked in corner.
I put my UVB lamp on a timer with a 12 on/12 off photoperiod to simulate the outdoors around this time of year, and they're up and about again. Eating as much as when they were grazing outside.
