Sulcatas are grazing herbivores and need daily access to a grazing area.
A variety of grasses, clovers, vetches and other edible weeds/plants/flowers.
You can also supplement the diet with leafy greens such as endive, romaine, chicory, dandelion,
escarole etc...
But store bought greens are no substitute for a more natural diet of grazing and browse.Which should really make up the bulk of a sulcatas diet.
Easy plants to grow are hibiscus, the red flowers seem to be the favorite and hibiscus leaves are also a good food.
Mulberry leaves and opuntia cactus are two other foods that you can grow in your yard.
