It could be but our yard is quite built up so it won't be a problem for us. If you decide to try this, you could build up the area with truckloads of topsoil. Also, since the wall will never be used as a pool again, drainage holes could be drilled into it at any level with no problem. When we dug the trench to put the wall down into the ground, we never got down to the water table which is usually about 4 feet down where we live.
