Are you talking about Trumpet vines as in the wild growing trumpet vine that has the reddish flowers....Campsis radicans? I have this stuff growing everywhere and looked it up. I found it listed on poisonous plants lists...I've included one site. It didn't sound highly toxic...but knew that my torts would go for those yummy looking flowers.

: this vine grows very quickly, can be lush and dense, and attracts hummingbirds. some desert torts will pig out on the flowers, and my male DT even eats the leaves. the hermanns and greek tort also chow down on the flowers, even getting up as high as they can to grab at the flowers.
