Hi, I know what your going thru. It's very sad and frustrating and most of all scary. My Boxie escaped last spring. I searched, did the flyers called every vet, ASPCA and pet shop in a 30 mile radius. I rounded up a group of neighbor kids and promised them $50 if they found him. Still no luck. I walked around in the rain (brings them out) for days.Then one moring my neighbor noticed one of my cats stairing into some weeds for a long time. He went over and looked and I'll be damned there he was! He was only about 40 feet from the place he had escaped from. My neighbor brought him over and refused the reward. I've never been so thanksful! He was found in a place I looked plenty of times in the almost 3 weeks he was missing. His beak was covered in slug "crumbs" and he seemed no worse for the experence. I wish you all the luck in finding your shelled friend and don't give up hope. Let us know what happens. Dawn
