I know you mentioned nothing about housing your two new torts together.
But thought you might appreciate the info linked below from the Tortoise Trusts FAQ.

In the answer it actually mentions both the hingeback and sulcata (spurred tortoise), and the reasons why they shouldn't be housed together.

Once again, I know you didn't mention that you were even thinking of housing them together.

Congrats on your two new torts.
