Hey all, I am finding conflicting information as to the calcium and phosphorus content of tomatoes.
One site says more calcium than phosphorus, and another site says the opposite.
It seems that with every site (I've visited quite a few) there is different nutritional analysis of tomatoes.
Can anyone tell me for sure that tomatoes are a good source of calcium/low source of phosphorus?
I do understand that a calcium/phosphorus ratio of 2:1 or better is a good thing.
