You seemed to have gotten alot of harsh answers. Not that I'd love to give you one also but I'm taking into consideration that you are clueless and need some help! Giving candy and chocolate to a tortoise to very bad and will make him sick or even die. Chocolate is especially bad. It contains alot of caffiene that can be very dangerous to even a dog, imagine what it could do to a little tortoise. Just stick with fruits as treats.
