I would appreciate it if you chilled out. This forum was closed once already and starting a war of words over something as silly as people not agreeing with your opinions is childish.

If your opinions (good or bad)are not agreed with, enforcing the matter by creating an argument with what you are translating as your "antagonist" only scares and confuses the people that visit this forum for serious informational purposes.

Keeping tortoises is not brain surgery nor should it be treated like it. If someone has success with the husbandry of a species and is producing healthy specimens they have every right to post an opinion about their experiences.

If someone is a Vet and has experience with treating tortoises for various medical conditions, they have a foundation for posting an opinion.

If someone has a scientific degree of study in this area, they would too.

The person that really has no business voicing an opinion about a tortoise is one with no functional experience with one (i.e. hands on, degree'd scientific study).

My advice to you is if you have no hands on experience with a tortoise you feel the need to provide information about the best way to be helpful is point someone in the direction to where they can find it.

I do hope you will respect the values of this forum and end this nonsense. And if all involved would agree to do so as well it would be a nice thing.

Ciao'

Giovanni
