New leopard tort owner needs help

I just got a leo tort adn was wondering about temp range. Right now I have an active uv heat lamp and the range is 90-100 on 12 hour cycles. How is this? I have him in a tub with rabbit pellets, I take him out and soak him for 15min per day but never have water in with him. I feed him greens, green beans carrots, endive kale, and commercial diet, is this OK? Any advice would be greatly apreciated. I am going ot get the biggest rubbermaid lenght wise I can this week to keep him in.
