Why not adopt a Sulcata? How? Join Turtlehomes
They often have sulcata's up for adoption. Take
your time and study them on the net. Try subscribing
to the various sulcata groups on Yahoo for good info.
I have a 60lb and a 10lb, both males and I love
them, but they require LOTS of room to graze. If you can't
provide this another tortoise species would be better.

: What about the ban from 2000 that had to do with ticks. Are they still banned. Are they ok to purchase from a petshop? I would appreciate any answers. Thank you
