Hi.
How big is her dish?!!

Russians can be little pigs, so it's easy to overfeed.
Some also pig out at first, maybe to make up for a poor diet in the pet store etc. Then slow down after a few weeks.

I would only feed her once a day. For my pair of Russians, I feed once a day.
About 3-4 leaves of Romaine plus 3-4 leaves of endive between them. A couple of hibiscus flowers mixed in and a little grated carrot one day, a little grated yellow squash the next.

I add in other greens for variety.... dandelion, chicory, collard, escarole.
And sometimes add grated zucinni instead of the carrot or squash.

For one tort just a couple of leaves of Romaine plus a couple of endive etc should be enough.
With hibiscus or other edible flowers mixed in. Carrot, squash, zucinni etc also added in small amounts.

Variety is the key, so don't just stick to Romaine and carrots. Add in other foods too.

Check out Turtle Cafe for seed mixes to grow graze for Russian torts too:
