Weather and the Russian tortoise Help

I have had my tortoise since Aug and now that it is winter I am not sure how safe the cold weather is for her.

She seems to really like being underground. When ever the weather drops down to about 35 degrees I bring her inside and then back outside during the day.

Am I harming her by changing her environment every other day? Or is she fine under the dirt at night in the cold?

Any help would be great!!
