Yeah,I just dry stack 8x8x16 block,3blocks high and use plywood as a roof.I mount a 2 light socket flood light fixture to the roof and use a extension cord to run to the nearest outlet.Not the most attractive setup but it works for me.you can also back fill the block with dirt or concrete
to strength and insulate.
