I've noticed that Hoku the baby is much more interested in water than the bigger sulcatas.He drinks every morning just about, and loves his soak.
It was the same with the two juveniles when they came in for the night.
Once bigger and housed outdoors 24/7 they seem to lose interest in the drinking water.And no way will they tolerate a soak!
