While I appreciate your trust in my knowledge of the sulcata, I can assure you I am a novice when it comes to outdoor landscaping...living where I live, I have not had to do any extensive tortoise-safe landscaping (yet). There are many people here who should be able to help you, but TCC and Annie are two that come to mind with the expertise in the plants that you will need. I'd ask advice from both.
