If they gave it to you to rehab, it's your tortoise.
I hope the store doesn't think it's getting the tortoise back!!

Soaking is recommended while the torts on meds, to help keep it hydrated.Drugs can be very dehydrating, so soaking is important.

Soak it, dry it off and keep it at optimal temperaratures to help the drug/antibiotic work.

I would take it to a vet ASAP and maybe get the antibiotic switched to Baytril.
As it's your tort now, I would treat it as you would any of your other torts.

Get it seen by a qualified vet and probably put on a different antibiotic.
I personally haven't heard of the drug you mentioned.
But I too have taken in a very sick tort, that didn't improve on the antibiotic it was on.
As soon as I got it, I took it to my vet who switched it to Baytril.
She also gave fluids and the little tort made a quick recovery, back from the brink of death.
