Thanks for this info, I've been keeping my Russians on rabbit pellets. I moved them to another substrate since reading about the additives....

: some feed companies do put aditives such as antibiotics in the pellets . I know about this as I use to raise show rabbits . Alot of rabbit breeders would complain about this as they used some of thier rabbits for freash meat .
: I would use prepaired tort food and the veggies as you will know more about what goes into that.
