some feed companies do put aditives such as antibiotics in the pellets . I know about this as I use to raise show rabbits . Alot of rabbit breeders would complain about this as they used some of thier rabbits for freash meat .
I would use prepaired tort food and the veggies as you will know more about what goes into that.

: do not feed rabbit pellets because they are full of alfalfa and alfalfa is too high in protein.
: also you can feed wild flowers, my torties love them as a treat.
