I've got one 4 year old that is about 6 inches and an 11 year old that is 8 inshes. You could get one to that size in that time but I don't think that is normal. Leoards as a general rule are slow growing. I consider normal around 8 to 10 inches in 10 to 15 years. That's for good natural looking growth.
Btw, I have some dynamite babies available now.

: how long (time wise) does it take leopard tortoises to reach full grown size? i heard an inch a year and being that they are roughly 20" it would take about 18 years...is this true? can you find any off these cb? thank you
