There is a survey going on right now at the linked webpage. It concerns desert tortoise habitat. The people who would like to allow off-road vehicles everywhere (endangering fragile habitat) are winning! If you think some habitat in the San Diego Sand Dunes should be saved for an endanged animal, please let them know. Visit the link and vote.
