My fiance and I are considering buying a sulcata some time
in the future. He has told me about what they eat and other
care, but he wants me to be sure that we'll be able to keep it
happy. By the time it is full grown we should have our own
house with a yard that it could graze in. But if the winters
are chilly we'll be keeping it inside. What I was wondering
is how much food will it eat once it is full grown.
Our plan is to store food from the summer in order to feed in
the winter, and we'd also be buying salad greens from
the grocery store. Okay, so, how much and how often
would an adult sulcata eat?
