Does Karl still think he is a "lap" tortoise?

Awww, he laid down on your leg? That is so cute! Mine still climb into my lap when sitting on the floor and think they should still be cuddled like babies. Of course, they outweigh any real baby I know. . . But it is my fault. I trained them to be like lap dogs. And as they grow bigger and bigger, this "cuddly" lap behavior is funnier and funnier! I have to wear pants and turtlenecks when we cuddle now because their nails are so darn sharp. . . Chanel and Angel still think they are only 3 inches long!

BTW, Does Karl inspect whatever you have growing into the planter pots? Chanel and Angel crane their necks until they can snack on any cilantro that is reachable from my planters!
