How frightening - I don't know either.
I'd say keep him warm and watch him closely and go to the vet tomorrow if you are worried.
The hiccuping is unusual.
The water from the nose sometimes happens if you feed a lot of moist foods - fruit for example.
It might also be from an respiratory infection or if he was vomiting.
I'd watch his actions tomorrow - activity, feeding, breathing; watch for bubbles, mucous, or labored breathing...if you see any - get to vet ASAP.
