What's the best tort for my area?

Hi, I live in south west Missouri. I was interested in what would be the best tort for my climate(Also one that is commonly avalible as a CB). It rains about once every week, sometimes it's humid,& the temp ranges from the upper 70's to high 90's during the spring ,summer, and fall. I also have a very nice (well protected) outdoor encloser. Please help match me with the best tort possible!!! :) Kelsie
