Tcc suggested using a phosphorous free calcium supplement, one with vitamin D3.

Rep Cal phosphorous free calcium with vit D3, is
available from most decent pet stores.So you might want to get some and sprinkle it on the food twice a week.

Natural sunlight works wonders. So time outdoors weather permitting is always recommended.

Finaly check your UV lighting, it might not be providing the UV it should.
I think I read somewhere that those bulbs don't last too long and need replacing on a regular basis.

A vet visit also sounds like a good idea.
