Probably depends on what kind of ant. If it's the red ants, I bet they could bite. Plus, I've heard if you had eggs, they might try to take them for their own food. My ants look like little black ants, plus some bigger ones that almost look like carpenter ants. They certainly can't be good, I just don't want them around. If I were a turtle, I wouldn't want to even come across a big pile or a long trail of em!!
