Hi.
Very important for Russian torts is a vet visit.
Unless you paid around $200 for the tortoise, chances are he's wild caught.
Often stressed and having to endure terrible conditions from the time of capture. Wild caught Russians are often carrying a large parasite load, worms.
Easy to treat, but it must be treated by a vet. Your vet will probably give you Panacur to put on the food. But ask the vet to administer the first dose him/herself.
Some of the foods you mentioned are not really recommended.
Crickets and beans, crickets I'm not surprised the tort won't eat.
Russian torts are herbivores!
Beans are too high in protein to be a major part of the diet.
Try this:
Mix romaine lettuce and endive, both favorites with my Russians. Add a little grated squash, carrot or zucchini.
You can add other foods to the Romaine and endive too.
Try mixing in chopped up hibiscus flowers/leaves or mulberry leaves.
You can also try mixing in other leafy greens, collard greens, escarole, chicory, dandelions.
Romaine and endive are absolute favorites, shake the diet up by adding in a variety of other greens, carrots, zuccini, squash and hibiscus, mulberry etc.
Also plant edible landscaping in the enclosure for the tort to nibble on.
Check out the web site I've linked below, for info on creating an edible tortoise garden!
You can order a Russian tortoise seed mix in the USA through Tcc aka Theresa( or is it the other way round?)! at Turtle Cafe. Here's the URL to Theresa's web site:

Hope this helps.
Terry.
