Hi John,
The would be me. Really the best way to decide on one of these animals is if you are in a state where they can be outside as much as possible. No doubt im partial to them. Even if you did wind up with one a tad on the shy side, its unlikely to be like the girl I told you about that still runs when she see's me. That tortoise has lived hear for five years and she is very much the exception to the rest of my Leops.
I'll put a link to the Cafe below but when you get to the grassland mixes pages (best mix suited for these) be sure to click on the link to the links and info sheet for this species. Lots of wonderful links that will really help to decide if these are the animal for you.
Don't hesitate to ask more questions on this or any other species. Best to learn all you can upfront so when you decide you can take comfort in being able to provide for such a unique friend for life.
