This is where you should ask someone with carpentry skills. I just threw mine together.
1"x8" pine boards (8' length). Treated with
many coats of Thompson's wood seal. Stacked three high on a side.
Nailed to 2"x2" sections in the corners.
After a few weeks some of the boards started to
warp away from the 2x2s. So I used some wood screws like I should have in the first place.
Now you see what I mean about asking a real expert :-<
I found out later that home depot had some kind of composite wood/plastic lumber that probably would have been better for an outdoor enclosure.
Do some more research.
