Can anyone tell me if these trees/plants are okay to feed???

I live in AZ, and have a Mesquite Tree, a Blue Leaf Wattle tree (which I "think" is in the Acacia (sp) family and a Texas Sage bush. I'm afraid I dont know the scientific names, and I dont know where exactlly to look. Our 5 Sulcatas and 2 Leopards get all the best greens, veggies etc but we would like to feed them these too if okay that is..Does anyone know or know where I can find out?? Thanks so much!!
