Nope it's not normal as they have posted. I agree with Terry it sounds like overheating. Are your temps where you are warm? It happened to us last summer with one of our sulcatas and it happened really fast. He got trapped some how in a corner and the heat got to him. Within 45 minutes he was frothing at the mouth, bubbles, nothing from the nose. Thankful am I that we found him and rushed him to the vet. They cooled him down and gave him a shot for shock. I hope yours is ok.
