Is my Sulcata TOO SMALL?

I have two small sulcatas, both about 3 years old. one of them is much smaller than the other, I believe he was suffering from a resp. infection for a while, and wouldn't eat as much as his sibling. The bigger one is about 6 inches long, and both appear fine. They just seem to be small, as I have seen other sulcatas( including one of their other clutchmates) that are MUCH MUCH bigger for their age. Granted, during a period of time when school was getting the best of me, they didn't eat as much as they shold have, they are eatng fine. I want to know if they are at least an acceptable size. I have seen a significant growth spurt in the past 6 months, when I began to heavily feed them. They eat primarily timothy hay, supplemented with various greens every few days to a week. They get an occational treat( carrot, squash, fruit, etc) Now that I live out in the country again, they get fresh grass daily. I supplement them with rep-cal on occation, and they are not deficient in calcium. Thanks.
