Never, ever mix species of reptiles. If you mix tortoises and other reptiles you are playing Russian roulette.
The possibility of cross contamination is extremely high, and could prove fatal.

Even with just tortoises you should not mix species.
But mixing tortoises and other reptiles is much worse.

I think a vet visit is in order, the sulcatas could easily have caught something from the dragons.

Also what substrate did you have the sulcatas on, in the dragons enclosure?
And what substrate are they on now?

Wood shavings such as pine, cedar and fir are toxic, so avoid those.

Soak the sulcatas in shallow, lukewarm water.
The water should only come up to the very bottom on the neck.
Or where the plastron (bottom shell)and carapace (top shell) meet.NO DEEPER!

The soaking will allow the little torts to dip their heads in the water and can help the eyes.
Soak them for 10 - 15 minutes.
