Does the little bugger have a water dish and does he use it? Normally they drink through their nostrils. Either way do what you are doing but don't scrape it or try to open it with anything sharp. The tissue around the nostrils is very tender and delicate.

: My small 3 year old T. kleinmanni has had its nostrils clogged with some dried debris for quiete some time. The vet doesn't know how to unclog it, and with some patience i was able to slightly unclog one nostril. Anyone got any ideas?
: I tried wetting the nostrils, soaking, and gently scrapping.
