: Hey Tim--
: You mean once a week for Hertevite, right? I use the Repcal daily (my hermanni is a juvenile).

: : Buy a good quality reptile supplement. I use Repcal with D3 and Herptevite for my Redfoots. Once a week is plenty if you feed a good variety of foods. Some vitamins in large amounts can be toxic to reptiles. I've seen vitamin A cause a tortoise to sluff its skin. So go light with the vitamins. You don't have to worry much about giving to much calcium. Good luck,

Yes once a week for the vitamins. I don't think you can give to much calcium, but I also don't think they need it every day. Two or three times a week would be enough for a growing tortoise. If your feeding a variety of foods they should be getting calcium in their diet. Remember these are supplements, if you rely to heavily on them you may begin to neglect your tortoises diet. They should get most of the things they need through a proper diet. As always just my opinion.
