Calcium and other Supplements help need!

Hi,

I have a few questions about calcium. I have read many different things. Should I give it daily with each meal( I will be getting a tortoise hatchling in a few weeks) or every other day? How often shold I give it Multi- viatmins and D3? Some of said give it calcium with D3 in it but I don't want to give it too much and overdose it. Also i have heard you can crush a Centrum tablet and sprinle it over the food daily, is this true?

Your help would be great...I have the rest of the setup ready to go for him and just need to figure this supplement thing out. Thanks in advance.
