I'm kinda new to tortoises, but not reptiles. Sounds like possible dehydration. When giving reptiles any type of dewormer or antibiotics, it good to keep them warm (but not too warm) and keep them well hydrated. Possible dehydration is from both the extra heat and the medicine.
