do you mean half a cup chopped or still whole leaves of whatever im feeding? also his urates are kinda thick and watery. kind of like sour cream consistency chunks and a little bit of water also. i am concerned. i am feeding escarole, endive, raddiccio, and romaine. is his urates normal should i be worried??

: Feed him once a day, about half a cup for a tort that size.
: Anything he doesn't eat, throw out.
: I feed my baby sulcata in the morning, then he goes outside. If he's still hungry or gets hungry later he has to graze.
: My bigger sulcatas,( who live outdoors ) I feed at around mid day.
: That way they graze in the morning, as they're hungry. They graze again in the late afternoon too!
