Those that don't are directed to the local book stores or to the internet to find suitable information. I personally offer support to people who are unsure about caring for their pet. I am more than willing to answer questions or offer advice to make a sick reptile better or to improve its environment. If I run inta a problem that I can't handle I am not afraid to come to this site (or other Kingsnake fora) and ask questions. People like EJ have been an invaluble help to me and to my customers.
