: And the good news is - they both are walking around, soaking and eating earthworms (we have an extremely large and organic yard).
: Again - need some specifics to make them as happy as possible in captivity.
: I've read that millipedes are a food source - but would that include our native North American millipedes?
: I will be creating quite the luxurious outdoor enclosure for them next week, as well as revamping my Leopard Tort enclosure.
: So the other detailed info I need are environmental - will they do well in a summer outdoors in Upstate New York. My Leopard does great once the night temperatures stabilize, so I'm guessing the Kinixys homeana would do even better since they like a bit more humidity.
: Thanks for any and all help!
Hi,
I have a kinixys homeana aswell, but i live in the Uk , so he can only go out side for the summer. I'm not sure about the millipedes.
I'll find some links for you on outdoor enlosures and send them to you by email.
