Well, my girlfriend and I went to the Dallas Zoo today for some fun (Weather was beautiful, mid 80's today) and of course I HAD to go straight to the reptile house. They had this poor Burmese python that was HUGE... maybe like, 15 feet long, at least 100lbs. It looked obese, I felt sorry for it.. it was in a very small cage. But anyway....they had 2 (yes, only 2) Turtle/Torts. THey had one Leapord Tort (The cage was TINY, and looked very moist... had moisture on side of glass) and a 3-toed box turtle, which was really cool. THe 3-toed was in the children's zoo, so I got to hold him and play with him. He was really healthy looking and I love the way their shell is hinged. Anyways.... it's just sad that the Leapord wasn't in it's best environment, especially since the zoo has professionals and alot more money... made me sad *shrug*
