You'll find more enclosure ideas at these two sites. Just remember that sulcatas are tortoises that grow pretty quickly, so you'll be building quite a few enclosures as it grows.
So better to build bigger and have it last a while!

We just had our first one open a short while ago ( Oahu).It's changed my life, I need to keep busy while my husband's away for 8 months at a time, so i've.......
Renovated my whole yard, built a covered deck ( all by myself) :) Made 3 fountains around the front yard and beautiful landscaping, using plants that were never available over here, before Home Depot.
I buy the lumber and make trellises for mandevilla
and honysuckle, have huge Angels Trumpets growing by a fountain and on and on....!
Oh yes and wood for the torts enclosures!
