Redfoot Help Needed - Please reply privately

Can you help me please I use to have 3 female leps but it was so sad i lost them a couple of monthes ago in a awfull shed fire they had burrowed into the paper substrate and while i was at work the paper set a light because they went under it so sad they were small when i got them only a couple of pounds in weight but in the 4 years i had them they had grown to well over 28 pounds 20 pounds and 12 pounds,I only have the male left as it is winter in england i kept him separate from the girls ,

I now have 3 redfoots from a breeder he know longer wanted them so i bought them from him via a tortoise trust ad...i have problem with the male he hardly eats a thing i have only seen him eat a little but have seen him drink quite well ,, the other girls eat very well .they are all adults ,,,, the guy said that when he got them it took 6 monthes to settle down but they settled down with me straight away but not the male,he is also a kamikazie tort he keeps on flipping over the last time this happened i was at work i came home early and found him on his back in his shallow bathing pool its only 2 inches deep but he was so stressed that the water was soiled and poop had dried all on his shell .. he was gasping as well so god knows how long hed been there i got him out and put him in a cool place to cool down this took about a hour and his breathing returned to normall ie no short gasps of air this was a week ago and he is ok thank god ,,, i coulndt face loosing any more .. why doesn't he eat ?????? its very strange also the females faces have turned from a yellow colour to a very nice redish orange is this normall .The male has kept his face yellow ....Please could you be so kind as to help me with my torts?
