detail about my TORITOISE

Color of skin is grayish-black with scalps. It has domed shell-kinda, and feets are not webbed, it looks like a elephant foot. Its tortorise. It was just layed around in a sink with both of other tortoise in the chinese seafood store. It mouth is kinad like a eagle and its tail is kinda short.the color of its shell is yellowish-gray, there are patterns on it. I counted its stripes from its shell....so im guesing its 13 years old.

Oh man, the vet is expensive....more expensive than the tortoise i bought for 35$. Do i have to take it to a vet? arent there any thing i can do myself? You guys said that its Uric acid to flush and got stuck. So should i stick something to make it loose? sorry no photos, no digital cameras.
